chiropractic orthopedic associates is Hiring a Medical Billing Assistant Near Freehold, NJ
- We are looking to hire full-time, Medical Billing Specialists with at least 2 years of experience in Chiropractic and Physical Therapy billing
- Possess a complete understanding of the billing/collections process to resolve outstanding insurance claims.
- Follow-up on Accounts Receivable/Insurance Aging for claims
- Read and interpret Insurance Explanation of Benefits for proper payment posting, adjustments and patient balances, with the ability to communicate proper responses to insurance carriers regarding prior authorizations, denials, revisions and other issues as they arise
- Clear understanding of EOBs, CPT’s and ICD codes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, well-organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
